How to documents
Use PasaForm with confidence
A practical guide for workspace owners, admins, editors, viewers, and form respondents.
Privacy first
Get started
Use workspaces to keep teams, forms, and submissions separate.
- 1
Log in
Open PasaForm and sign in with the email and password your workspace owner or admin gave you.
- 2
Choose a workspace
Use the workspace switcher in the header. Each workspace has its own users, forms, submissions, branding, and privacy settings.
- 3
Check your role
Your role controls what you can do. Owners manage everything, admins manage most workspace work, editors build forms, and viewers review forms and submissions.
Create and publish a form
Owners, admins, and editors can create forms.
- 1
Create the form
Open the workspace, go to Forms, then create a form with a title, description, button label, success message, required label, and file label.
- 2
Build the fields
Use the Form Builder to add text, email, number, date, time, select, checkbox, file, label, help text, and formula fields.
- 3
Review privacy
Open the Privacy tab and confirm the notice, terms, and consent checkbox match the purpose of the form.
- 4
Publish
Publish only when the structure, theme, privacy copy, and public link are ready for submitters.
Manage submissions
Submissions are stored inside the workspace that owns the form.
Manage workspace users
Owners and admins can manage workspace access from the Users page inside a workspace.
Full workspace access, including users, branding, forms, submissions, and workspace deletion.
